Northern Air® Pro is a powerful, high-performance HVLS fan (High Volume, Low Speed). It’s designed to deliver massive airflow and energy-efficient air circulation in large environments.
As the largest HVLS fan in the Nordicco product portfolio, it’s ideal for spaces like warehouses, logistics hubs, sports halls, manufacturing spaces or similar with high ceilings.
The ceiling fans create a slow and silent air movement. This effectively evens out temperature differences between floor and ceiling and evenly distributes heat trapped at ceiling level.
As such, Northern Air® fans deliver energy savings, CO2 reductions and indoor climate improvements – all wrapped in elegant Scandinavian design.
The HVLS fans work perfectly in tandem with existing HVAC systems and can be used to reduce the load on the traditional ventilation in a building.

We are used to projects of all sizes. Meaning you can buy a single fan or request prices for large projects or tenders.
The Northern Air Pro HVLS fans tend to deliver the best results in spaces with high ceilings and where traditional HVAC systems work overtime to keep up. They are used in a wide range of industrial and commercial environments demand top-tier airflow solutions. Here are just some of the building types where we see the biggest impact.
These are the kinds of spaces where better air distribution, improved comfort and energy savings go hand in hand — and where we see Nordicco fans deliver results again and again.
Despite their significant airflow output, the Northern Air Pro HVLS fans operate quietly due to the advanced motor technology and air blade design that helps minimize noise. This makes them suitable for environments where noise control is essential.
Below are air flow efficiency and noise level graphs for the 3, 4, and 5 meter systems. The first graphs show air volume at different speed settings (RPM). And the noise level graphs show decibel (dB) readings at different speeds (RPM).
The Northern Air Pro productline performance has been CFD tested by the Danish Technological Institute in Copenhagen.
The massive size of the 6 meter fans make them rank among the world’s biggest ceiling fans.

What started as low-cost and effective way of cooling dairy cows has now become a billion-dollar industry focused on improving indoor environment and human comfort. Over the last 10 years the use of HVLS fans has exploded.
FROM COOLING COWS TO IMPROVING INDOOR AIR QUALITY
The market for HVLS fans started out in the United States as a low-cost way to achieve a cooling sensation among dairy cows in the late 90’s.
The use of these large HVLS fans expanded from the farming sector into large industrial and warehousing facilities, where it was now used to lower the temperature sensation for the benefit of people working in these facilities.
Today, HVLS fans are still used to increase comfort in facilities but just as much to achieve energy savings by distributing air (and heat) more efficiently in a room.
A Northern Air® HVLS fan creates a slow and soundless air circulation, which efficiently equalises humidity and temperature between the floor and ceiling levels in a room.
With the associated control systems you can monitor your indoor climate – read more about our user-friendly control systems here.
Our primary customers often struggle with the indoor climate, which typically equals high energy spendings. The solution to their struggles is often found by installing a number of our HVLS fans – learn more about our customer cases here.
During the warmer months, the gentle breeze created by the Northern Air® helps lower the human temperature sensation by several degrees °C. This significantly reduces or entirely eliminates the need for air-conditioning all while raising overall human comfort levels. In buildings and rooms with existing mechanical ventilation or air-conditioning, the large ceiling fan helps reduce the load on these, thereby lowering the energy spend.
The Mini is a small white ceiling fan with remote control. The perfect option for class-rooms and offices.
Aqua HVLS fans are developed for challenging environments such as aquatic centers.
The Northern Light® line consists of patented HVLS fans with built-in disinfection capabilities to deliver clean air.
The Northern Air Pro HVLS fans are all designed and manufactured in Denmark, adjusted to European needs and expectations regarding performance, energy-efficiency and design. Where ever possible we use local suppliers and material with the lowest overall carbon footprint.
